If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and straightforward returns and refund policy. This policy is designed to ensure that you have the best possible experience when shopping with us.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most products purchased from BluFlora within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during the return process.
  • The product should not be on our Non-Returnable list. For hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings, hair clips, or other personal accessories may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. How to Return Your Items

If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to initiate the return process. Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: After we verify your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the item.
  • Return Shipping: Once you have the Return Authorization Number, carefully pack the product, including any tags, packaging, and accessories. Please ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon receipt.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will process your refund in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on BluFlora. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. Please note:

  • The refund amount will be credited to your BluFlora account. This credit will be equivalent to the amount you originally paid for the returned item.
  • You can use the store credit to purchase any other products from our website.
  • If you paid for your order online through bank accounts or other digital payment methods, the refund will be credited to your BluFlora account. You can use the balance to purchase additional items on our site.
  • If you selected Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method, you will need to return the product first. After we receive and confirm that the returned product is in good condition, the refund will be processed. Refunds for COD payments will be issued via bank transfer or another method we agree upon.

Please note that the refunded store credit cannot be transferred to another person’s account, nor can it be redeemed for cash.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

We take every precaution to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and provide you with a full refund in the form of store credit. In such cases, BluFlora will cover the return shipping costs.

To request a return for a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact our customer service team as soon as possible, providing your order number and a description of the damage or defect.
  • We may ask for photos of the damaged or defective product to expedite the return process.

Once we confirm that the item is damaged or defective, we will process the return, cover the return shipping costs, and issue a refund to your BluFlora account.

5. Exchanges

At BluFlora, we do not process direct exchanges for returned products. Instead, once we issue you store credit, you can use it to purchase a different product of your choice from our collection. We recommend placing a new order for the item you want to exchange and using your store credit during checkout.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Some products are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Earrings (due to hygiene concerns)
  • Hair Clips and Other Personal Accessories
  • Intimate Apparel (such as fashion belts or other clothing items, if applicable)

If a product is marked as non-returnable, it will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

7. Return Policy Exceptions

The following conditions may void your eligibility for a return:

  • If the product is returned after the 15-day return window.
  • If the product has been used, worn, or altered in any way from its original condition.
  • If the product is returned without a Return Authorization Number.
  • If the product is returned without all of its original packaging, tags, or accessories.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

8. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it is in its original condition, we will process the store credit refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued, and the credit will be available in your BluFlora account.

9. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the products are returned in accordance with the guidelines set forth in this policy. The following are your responsibilities:

  • Shipping the product back in its original condition and packaging.
  • Paying for the return shipping, unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Ensuring that the product is returned within the eligible time frame.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return your products, as BluFlora is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
