Yes, 100% of our inventory is USDA Certified Organic. We work directly with local farmers to ensure no synthetic pesticides or fertilizers are used in the production of our food.
How do you ensure the freshness of produce during shipping?
We use eco-friendly, temperature-controlled packaging and expedited shipping methods to ensure that your groceries arrive at your doorstep as fresh as the day they were harvested.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
If your order arrives damaged or is not up to our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement immediately.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, BlueOrganics ships to all 48 contiguous states in the US. We are working on expanding our logistics to include Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations soon.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can choose our 'Subscribe & Save' option on most products to receive automatic deliveries every 2, 4, or 6 weeks and save 10% on every order.
